According to the article on her website, she has tried different recipes online and has taken what she’s liked from each and concocted her very own tonic. See recipe below…
- ½ cup diced ginger root
- ½ cup diced horseradish root
- ½ cup diced turmeric
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ¼ cup crushed garlic
- 1 organic habanero pepper – seeded and sliced
- 1 organic jalapeno pepper – sliced
- Quarter cup of squeezed lemon juice
- 2 cups raw apple cider vinegar
- 2 slices of orange
- Half teaspoon of crushed back pepper
- ¼ tablespoon of Pink Himalayan Salt
- Fresh sprigs of Thyme and Rosemary
Simply add all the ingredients into a medium -sized jar. Seal shut and let it sit in a dark room for about 4 weeks for best results, but 2-3 weeks is fine.
After it’s been fermented and ready to go, shake well and strain before placing into the refrigerator.
Feel free to add raw honey or natural sweetener of your choice for better tasting.
